Cake flavors and combinations:
These are selected flavor combinations. Any of these combinations can be mixed as the customer choose.
All the flavors are available for all sizes but some flavors may not be suitable for tiered cakes or fondant covered cakes.
Coconut base combinations:
*Coconut Mousse: Coconut cake with alternating layers of coconut mousse and vanilla Swiss merengue buttercream.
*Ultimate Coconut Dream: Coconut cake filled with layers coconut clusters, chopped coconut Raffaello candies, and almond Swiss merengue buttercream.
*Tropical Hurricane: Coconut cake, filled with pineapple lime jam, candied macadamia nut crunch, and a guava Swiss merengue buttercream.
Chocolate base combinations:
*Chocolate Mousse: Chocolate cake layer engulfed in rich chocolate mousse
*Death by Chocolate: Rich chocolate cake, filled with layers of chocolate ganache, chocolate merengue, chocolate buttercream, and mini chocolate chips.
*Turtle: Chocolate cake filled with layers of Dulce de Leche Swiss Merengue Buttercream, chopped candied pecans, mini chocolate chips, and then finished off with Dulce de Leche Swiss Merengue Buttercream and drips of chocolate ganache and caramel.
*Rocky Road: Chocolate cake filled with layers of chopped candied walnuts, mini marshmallows, mini chocolate chips, and ganache. Completed with rich chocolate Swiss merengue buttercream and drips of chocolate ganache.
*S’mores: Chocolate cake filled with a layer of toasted fresh marshmallow, candy coated graham cracker clusters, and chocolate buttercream.
*Black Forest: Chocolate cake, soaked with a little Kirsch syrup, with alternating layer of chocolate frosting and fresh cherry filling. Covered with vanilla swiss merengue buttercream, shards of chocolate and cherries.
*Ultimate Hazelnut: Chocolate hazelnut cake with alternating layers of hazelnut merengue, chopped hazelnut rocher candies, chocolate ganache, and frosted in hazelnut spread Swiss merengue buttercream.
*Chocolate covered pretzel: Chocolate cake with alternating layers of candy coated pretzel clusters, chocolate ganache, and frosted in chocolate buttercream.
*Mocha: Chocolate cake, soaked with espresso syrup with alternating layers of ganache and espresso Swiss merengue buttercream, topped with chocolate shavings and chocolate covered espresso beans.
*Sassy Scarlet: Red Velvet cake, covered with almond cream cheese frosting.
Other flavor Combinations:
*Carrot: Carrot cake made with freshly peeled and shredded carrots, layered with a sunflower seed brittle and cream cheese frosting. Can be made with or without pecans.
*Twisted Carrot: Carrot cake made with freshly peeled shredded carrots, crushed pineapple, and coconut. Finished with cream cheese frosting.
*Apple Harvest: Apple cake, layered with cinnamon granola, caramel, and cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
*Cinnamon Roll: Cinnamon vanilla cake, swirled with cinnamon deliciousness, layered with cinnamon crunchies, frosted with a vanilla bean cinnamon Swiss merengue buttercream and drizzled with cinnamon glaze.
*Banana Pineapple: Banana cake with crushed pineapple and pineapple tidbits, frosted with pineapple cream cheese frosting. Can be made with or without nuts.
*Cookie Dough: Vanilla chocolate chip cake, filled with layers of eggless chocolate chip cookie dough, ganache, and brown sugar Swiss merengue buttercream. Covered with pieces of our soft and chewy chocolate chip cookies.
*No Plain Jane: Buttermilk vanilla cake, filled with vanilla bean pastry and frosted with vanilla bean Swiss merengue buttercream.
*Lemon Blueberry: Light lemon zest cake with fresh blueberries folded into the batter and covered with cream cheese frosting.
*Lemon Raspberry: Light lemon zest cake with fresh raspberries folded into the batter and covered with cream cheese frosting.
